And this is what I find odd. Would you like her more if she was interacting more with her fans and pretended to like you or care about you? Do you really believe that such behavior is genuine?
Madonna comes from a generation before social media when most artists communicated with fans only on concerts or through interviews. Everything was just more straightforward.
In todays era of social media, its like fans expect their idols to pander to them, even when its only a business and all these celebrity accounts are just a way of how to attract attention and make free promo.
No celebrity actually gives a flying **** about you unless they know you personally. Its naive to think otherwise and pathetic to expect from celebrities to pretend it. Its only a marketing strategy. The only thing an artist is obliged to do is releasing music and make quality performances. Nothing more.
