Those numbers are not very impressive for me honestly..
Some shows have great attendances but in overall it's disappointing and underperforming.
For instance, Philips Arena in Atlanta has a concert capacity of over 17,000 yet she was a 'sell-out' at just over 10,000 tickets sold.
Also Joe Louis Arena in Detroit has a concert capacity of over 20,000 yet she was sold out at under 12000 tickets sold.

Omfg... Artists don't determine how many seats will be available at venues There were that many seats up for sale, and they all sold out. Twist it how you want but it won't change anything

What the **** are you even talking about?
The Philips Arena doesn't have a concert capacity bigger than 14k AT MOST, not even that much for Gaga's artRave.
The Joe Louis Arena has a maximum capacity of about 15k for concerts.
If you really believe in those numbers, please name one artist that has ever performed at the Joe Louis Arena for 20k people or at the Philips Arena for 17k in just one night.
Gaga sold out all the tickets that went on sale and for a tour that was supposedly the biggest flop, as called by Madge fans, it still managed to do over 10k every night (minus the Mohegan Sun and the Viejas Arena that are really small arenas and never fit 10k).

The only show that could be bragged about is the Saint Paul show which had a total capacity of about 15k and Gaga only managed to do 10k. That has to be the most underperforming show of the entire NA leg.
There were obviously thousands of tickets left for it.

One thing is to have attendance figures for a show that's published as "sold out" on Billboard that do not match the venue capacity down to the unit, another thing is to have a "sold out" show whose attendance number is HALF or even less the venue capacity.
When you have 13/14000 seats sold it makes it more believable at a 16-17 000 capacity venue, but 7700??!
You shouldn't be laughing at Madonna's attendance tho because if that were funny then this would be kinda hilarious

The 'sell-out' claims aren't that much of a big deal since Live Nation does this for everybody. But 11,000 tickets at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit. I know, for a fact, that it seats over 20,000 people and you can fill 17-18,000 people for a concert. And a 10,000 seat sellout at the Philips Arena in Atlanta? Too much of a stretch, Live Nation doing too much.

There were 17,000 at Circus/Britney.
It felt like more than just ~10k at artRAVE.
