Are we absolutely sure that Colbie is who HDD was talking about?
I refuse to believe it + this article from a while back:

Billboard and other areas have referred to it as a "surprise release". The timing was right.
The billboard snippet for a shape shifting super star was never attached to the surprise release. I am basing this solely off Billboard's use of the phrase.
iTunes even did an #AskColbie hashtag after the release.
