I dont really get the obsession with Wellington, tbh. Though, that's probably because I dont particularly like cafes, and I find Wellington has a cafe-culture.
Marlborough is a huge region: I realize half of ya'll are probably tweens, but the wineries are UGH-mazing, there's the 1nter1slander (where I worked 2012-2013 summer ) which is a cute right. And Abel Tasman, and Outward Bound.
Okay so there's not that much on the West Coast "to do", but it's like the most beautiful place once you get south a bit. The town's are obviously a bit . The Hokitika wild foods festival is pretty crazy.
I'm actually 20, so I'm not a tween
Ah okay, I'm not much of a wine fan (and alcohol, in general) so Idk how much I'd enjoy the wineries.

If everyone loves Wellington so much, and hate Auckland, then I don't get why they don't just move there tbh
The amount of friends I have in Auckland that constantly talk about how amazing Wellington is puts me off tbh
Wellington actually is flawless though. It's my home now and I just love it.
I can see how it's annoying, but what's not to love? Ya'll should be watching the new web-series Capital Culture. It's hilarious, and parodies hipsters and Wellington people in general.
So where go you go if you want to go to the movies
There's a cinema in Havelock North (which is about five minutes drive) but it's still kind of annoying. I don't even know why they shut the cinema down.
