I see their new album is gonna be really poppy again and really generic too. They need (artistically, not commercially, of course, since they're doing fine commercially with their current sound) a change of sound imo...a bit more pop-rock, a bit less pop, you know.
I agree.
They have good pop songs but they get boring after a while.
But this is exciting! I loved Overexposed, and it doesn't even feel like they've been away too long because the last album was so succesful. The lead single is sure to be a summer smash.
I'm so excited! I'm curious, though, is it supposed to be pronounced "V" like the letter or "five"? Because "V" is a letter and the Roman numeral for five, and it's their fifth album.
