Rihanna makes R&B/Dance-pop/Electro-pop and Hip Hop.
Beyoncé makes R&B/Hip Hop/Dance/Soul and Funk.
Katy Perry makes Dance-pop/Power-pop and Pop-rock.
A song like Roar has a genre (Power-pop=pop-rock). "Pop" is not a real genre. It's like saying Don't Stop Til You Get Enough is not a pop song because it's a disco song.
They all dabble in several genres, but they all make popular music.
That is slaying? I consider Rihana and Beyonce to be R&B first and then pop. But I consider Katheryn to be the only true pop star(that is slaying right now). Do y'all agree?
