ALL the people I see on here talking about how HWR was good to her are the same people I've seen on other threads bashing the hell out of her. So that explains a lot.
In general, HWR is BAD, that's why ppl are bashing it...
HWR was considerably good to Selena compared to her label mates, that's what ppl are trying to say here...
Selena was threated like a major pop girl on HWR, why are her fans happy about this
I know right? the producers, the writers, the releases, the endless amount of promo slots, the radio deals, the radio adds (which they didn't do to most of their artists prior 2010), the remixes, the music video treatments...
fff; thats what i said, after their successful artists left [miley, jobros, hilary ect..] she's next in line for their most successful
Y'all want to make it seem like Selena is treated so bad there when not even their more successful acts had as much promo as Come & Get It had
All labels fall flat at some point like RCA for the Bangerz era, they forced Miley to release Adore You because it went Top 10 on iTunes and look how that turned out. Its not just HWR
y'all smilers were throwing a party when Miley left she also saw success with them and received good treatment. Why can't we be excited?
she'll finally be able to release the personal songs HWR wouldn't let her release

haters being more active than fans.... Once she gets out, hopefully, it will all be okay.
Let's just wait & see what happens, the important is that she is preparing a whole new album now. :*
And who else unfollowed her, since u said many people?

I never said you couldn't be excited I'm even excited, I like Selena and I like her music, but y'all are acting like she was treated unfairly. And we didn't find out about Miley leaving HWR until like 2 years after she left them so it was more so we were happy we were getting new music after her 3 year break than her leaving

This is the part you guys aren't getting. Miley made them massive bucks and got nothing in return. Rock Mafia productions were as lavish as it got for her. Selena hasn't made even half the amount Miley did for HWR, yet she worked with the Cataracs, had 3 singles per album (vs one off of CBT), had a massive touring budget, etc. No other label is going to shell out that much money for her based on her current numbers. Unless she goes a new route and finds newfound success, she's going to get MUCH less support now than she did then. I can't with you guys

Not people saying Selena had it good on HWR when some of her singles weren't even sent to radio.
She only JUST got some okay promo for the first time this era. Not even close to a major pop girl either. Her promo is not comparable to Rih or Katy on any level.
If any regular label saw Come and Get It doing well like it did, they woulf have went full out to make it Top 5 if not #1. That's the difference between HWR and a real label.
Exactly. Selena was treated decently in the C&GI era but even then, there were many signs that showed that HWR wasn't capable of bringing Selena to her full potential. Even after the lead single, the era spiraled downward and now she doesn't even have a third single.
A bigger label would have supported her era at a much higher scale, especially after Come & Get It was the biggest hit of her career.
I hope if she does leave HWR, she actually matures and comes out of her skin a litle bit. I'd love to see what she could do without the 'Disney'/'good girl' hold HWR had on her.
I'm actually happy to hear that. Although she maybe won't get as much attention on a major label as she got on HWR, I'm kinda excited to see what music she'll do without them telling her.
Why would Demi be in trouble? She's be getting the majority of the attention with HWR because the only other semi-major artists (excluding Queen) are Zendaya and Bridgit Mendler and maybe even Bella Thorne.
