The rest have have something that has had some sort of huge impact. Katy has consistency which is great, but it seems like the GP looks at her like a one trick pony and only looks for her quick singles and radio tunes.

Her albums don't really show growth nor does her image. She's just ... there on the charts and it's working.

She will be remembered for her hits (nostalgic times) but not a legacy of impact or anything of that matter unless she does something in the near future to prove otherwise.

For the record I'm a fan of them both, and they're both going to be remembered. At the moment, Gaga has made much more of an impact.

Making "impact" doesn't make a legend. Miley Cyrus had more impact in 2013 than any other musician or even as far as saying than any other entertainer. HOWEVER, she is not going to go down as a legend just because her antics made people talk about her all the time.

People need to stop think having quick, but high, peaks means you'll be a legend.
