Maybe they're trans. And performing cross-sexed heterosexual roles (from a brain-sex perspective) because it comes naturally to them. Animals can't talk. They don't have a medical establishment. How would they express their transness even if they wanted to?

No. Both my mom and dad are trans.

I love them for who they are and I think they deserve their rights. The LGBT movement has so much momentum, it would devastate this very small community to be severed from the resources and organization of the larger queer population.

Are you kidding me? This is not the same. Everbody deserves to get married no matter if they are straight, gay or bi. But with trannies it is another thing. They are funny to look at but that's about it. And all I was saying was that homosexuality is natural.

QUILTBAG is the best acronym - Queer/Questioning, Undecided, Intersex, Lesbian, Transgender/Transsexual, Bisexual, Allied/Asexual, Gay/Genderqueer

All-inclusive, more easily pronounced as a word, and doesn't seem to unconsciously perpetuate a queer hierarchy the way "LGBT+/GLBT+" does

What are the specific goals of each movement (please don't say vague "acceptance"). Then we can see if they align closely, or would actually benefit from separation. Some gay issues due to tend to cloud trans issues, and vice versa
