Interscope is not promoting ARTPOP any longer simply because they see that even with promo, it can only recover for a week with minimal results and that is not worth the effort.
They will let her tour and that is how they will make some money out this era.
I mean Lorde, the 2013-4 it girl with 1.8 and Gaga the flop girl 1.7... the double standards... Goes on to prove the power of Gaga's standard fanbase...who else?
