No, he cancelled its release, I think. He planned to release it after he performed it at the AMAs, but unfortunately, no one was here for it. Some country singer by the name of David Fanning covered it, though, and released it as a single:
It's not doing too bad on country radio right now (my dad listens to country radio a lot and unfortunately, I have to put up with it sometimes) considering it's this guy debut single, so that may spark an interest in the song and cause more people to like it.
