All songs go into recurrent on the mediabase charts after being on for a certain amount of time and depending on how low it gets.

Like "Who Knew" went into recurrents on mediabase, after peaking #99 on the Hot 100, then it returned from recurrents and started getting played again. I'm pretty sure "W2W" didn't spend 20 weeks on the chart peaking at #79.
