He looks tired. Honestly, he has had a ****** year and it looks like it's wearing on him. When he rebounds with an actual album for the public and does some PR rehab, he will be back to his well groped and well rested self.

His tour ended like a month ago, he's not doing something at the moment, he has free time. He didn't promote his songs that he released, he didn't do something really hard, the album is not even taken seriously, he just walked Believe Movie red carpet and that's it. I'm sure he had enough time to rest or something. And he only had a bad year just because of his behaviour, so it's not like it's paparazzis fault or something. It's his own fault.
he's teenager, it's normal that his face is changing.
