I didn't really like him on American Idol, but he is making some good music now and Gone Gone Gone is an example. Great stuff from P2.
69. Chris Brown - Fine China
This is the second year in a row Chris Brown has made my top songs list. He might be a terrible person, but at least he makes good music.
68. Lady Gaga - Applause
I like this song because it can be not so serious, yet a little serious at the same time. It's also a good song to be put in a sports montage as I have heard it on ESPN a few times. I don't like many songs by Gaga but this one is a winner.
67. Black Sabbath - God is Dead?
The production is great. The vocals are pretty good. The lyrics are eh eh. But overall Black Sabbtah made a great comeback this year with many great tracks, this being one of them.
66. Killswitch Engage - No End in Sight
One of my favorites from their album, Disarm the Descent. Heavy production as always with great vocals. A wonderful combination.
65. The Bronx - Style Over Everything
Took me a while to get around listening to this band, so glad. "Style Over Everything" is the best song on the album.
64. Kat Dahlia - Mirror
Kat Dahlia has a really unqiue voice and it really shows in "Mirror". One of the most interesting voices I've heard and I love it.
63. Ciara - Body Party
Loving the sample on this track by Ciara. She makes it work singing all sexy and stuff. Classic R&B jam.
62. Deap Vally - Baby I Call Hell
These woman are loud with all their rocking and stuff. Sometimes the production overshadows the vocals, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing since everything works out here.
61. OneRepublic - Counting Stars
Catchy tune here and pretty cool lyrics. Haven't really liked a OneRepublic song since "Apologize", but this one is a keeper.
Juicy J making another appearance on my countdown with another banger jam. And Big Sean and Young Jeezy always add something good to songs.
59. Kelly Clarkson - People Like Us
Seems like Kelly Clarkson is all about empowerment anthems lately. And she delivers with another one with "People Like Us".
58. Dawes - Most People
Great folky alternative jam.
57. Kendrick Lamar - Backseat Freestyle
"I wish my dick was big as the Eifel Tower, so I can **** the world for 72 hours." ...is there anything left to say? Yeah didn't think so.
56. Zedd - Clarity feat. Foxes
Great EDM pop jam. Foxes delivers beautifully here.
55. In This Moment - Adrenalize
Lead singer, Maria Brink, is sexy as hell and so is this song.
54. Calvin Harris feat. Ellie Goulding - I Need Your Love
Ellie Goulding's voice sounds so cute on this beat. It makes for a wonderful and enjoyable song.
53. DJ Khaled feat. Nicki Minaj, Future, & Rick Ross - I Wanna Be With You
I could do without Future on this...actually I could do without Future on many tracks...but not even him can't bring down Nicki Minaj killing this track
.
52. Rhye - Verse
Probably one of the most relaxing songs I've ever listened to that has lyrics.
51. Kanye West - New Slaves
Pretty cool track from Ye. He tried something new and it worked...for this song at least.
