Most overrared singers/bands on ATRL

Britney Spears, this woman has some of the stupidest, bitchiest, most tiring fans of anyone. Not to mention 85% of them speak about 10 words of English that they reuse again and again. They are and have overrated her for years now.
Beyonce and her whole clan of crazies are also up there.

mmm...Justin Timberlake definately. Sexyback was catchy at best, but he has made two god awful videos in a row, and My Love was not something incredibly great either (the video, I quite liked the song).

Overrated is such an easy term to throw around. You can, obviously, make a case for quite a few artists out there to be overrated, just like you can in ANY entertainment medium, but the fact of the matter is that people do like them, whether I(or others) like it or not.
I think a more fun topic would be to determine the most *underrated* singers/bands, myself.
And yeah, I have to concur with Johnny on the whole Korn thing. Seriously? Overrated? Here? Since when?

Like me, you'll probably get no response to that, because "Korn" and "overrated" are about as similar to each other as "penis" and "vagina", at least on this site.

Almost not an opinion, but the actual truth:
Britney Spears takes the title hands down. From my view, her music isn't all bad, but as an actual artist & performer, it's not a nice or totally respectful story at all. But without taking this factor into the question, it wound still be her. Anyone who's been here on this site long enough, and can actually think + perceive such a reality (which some of you here still cannot do, cannot percieve real anything at all, or you just like to degrade yourself by acting as a pathetic Britney stan would) knows this. Spears wouldn't put anything out and nothing big would happen with her in the media, yet you would still see at least 3-4 threads regarding her. Then when something big happens (her going bald, divorcing Federline) this place lights up rather quickly and there's a lot of traffic over her.
Others will spit out the names of her other "pop rivals," but most of them/if not all cannot match the ludicrous amount of exposure she's had here in this site's history. (or at least within the amount of time I've been here)
As for bands, Korn is primarily only with one rather vocal member, then Muse doesn't have the exposure or sales to qualify for the title, and the Fray seems to be just fair enough (not overrated). Daughtry and Nickelback are likely candidates for being overrated, but not on ATRL. So I'm going to say Linkin Park, mainly stimulating from their latest lackluster album which has sometimes been over-hyped & over praised from my view. (All not to mention the video for the 1st version of what I've done.) Then again the band/rock/rap/hip-hop scenes on ATRL are never as big as the exposure that pop music gets...so I really can't say in some stances.
