Honestly, Pitbull and his team knows what people are buying and listening to at the moment, so I would say he
borrows a lot from other artists like with Timber, I can clearly hear Wake Me Up by Avicii, it's influence. Pitbull has solo songs that are successful, but are forgettable at the same time, so he gets pop girls & male r&b powerhouses to feature on the song with a catchy hook which then ultimately becomes successful and memorable.
It works for him, always has and always will, so I kinda don't get when people on atrl don't regard the person featured on a Pitbull song as the artist behind the success of the single, cause ultimately their hook & almost flawless production sold the single.
