You are right to some degree about Mediatraffic not counting all the countries but then there's Musicharts, they have better estimations and it looks like they report sales from more countries and still she wont be able to crack one million in two weeks.
Yea her label might have sent one million copies of her album to retailers around the world but she didn't actually sell them and it looks like she's struggling right now.
I voted yes because it looks like she's feeling insecure & needed to exaggerate her album's numbers just as a reaction to what everybody was saying about her album underwhelming sales.
