Yes.  Really though? You liked U3 over U2?  I liked the ending of U2 a lot better, but besides that, Uncharted 3 was a lot better in terms of story and gameplay.

U3 was nice but I liked U2 alot! But then again that might be because U3 was the first game I played on my PS3 when I got it (I think) so the experience was amazing

Perhaps I should have phrased it better. I love Uncharted 2 but Uncharted 3 was a lot better in terms of story and gameplay.  My favorites in order: Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3, Uncharted. The first Uncharted was a bit of a mess.

The first Uncharted was a bit messy, but it was cute overall.

How long do you think it'll take before Sony drops the PS3 like they did with the PS2? I doubt Uncharted 4 will be coming to the PS3.

Probably less than half a year. I see them dropping it fairly quickly.

Glad to see my husband returning for another entry in the series. Let me pray for a shirtless scene
I do hope we get to play as another character at some point in the story though. It would add an interesting element to the game. It would be fun to play as Chloe, Elena, or even Sully.
And as for preference when it comes to the first three:
Uncharted 3 > Uncharted 2 > Uncharted 1
Though I will admit, the ending of Uncharted 3 felt extremely rushed. Like I expected more after you know what happened and they all got out.

Yes! They already experimented with player changes a bit in The Last of Us, so it is very likely we will see it in this game as well.

Joining the discussion on the previous games of the series, I also prefer U2 over U3, but only by a small margin.
There's no denying that U3 is a hell of a game. I mean, the graphics, the atmosphere, the story, the puzzles are just incredible, the best of the trilogy for sure. But the pacing was off, the ending was rushed, and the gunfights got really tiring from time to time. U2 was just so consistent, everything came together in a really special way. The game came out of nowhere and it blew everyone's minds at the time.
I would give these ratings:
U1 - 7/10
U2 - 10/10
U3 - 9/10

I live for the mission where Drake is thrown out of the plane and had to climb back up on the yellow net. That was the only part I wanted to play when I saw the trailer. Sad, I know...

It'll be years before they "drop" it. I mean look at the ps2, it was only just discontinued last year. Sony promised that they would support the ps3 for a full 8-10 years and it looks like that's exactly what they plan to do. Next year the still have games like KH 2.5, Persona 5, Lightning Returns, and FF X/X-2 Collection coming out throughout the year, and all of those games are killer apps. That's the great thing about Sony.

I can't at you all shading UC1 like this. So flawless. I lived when it got near the end and the game just kept going longer than I thought it would be and then supernatural elements came in and I was STANNING

Rumor: Uncharted 4 Not Releasing In 2014

The PlayStation Blog opened up voting for “Most Anticipated Game 2014″. Uncharted 4 is suspiciously left off the list.
Uncharted 4 was just announced at VGX, but no gameplay footage was shown. It’s also worth mentioning that people don’t even know if the game will focus on Nathan Drake either.
It’s possible Uncharted 4 won’t arrive until 2015 considering Naughty Dog just released The Last of Us this year. Naughty Dog usually releases a new game every two years since Uncharted 1, 2 and 3 came out in 2007, 2009 and 2011 respectively. I’m guessing the game will take its time since it would be Naughty Dog’s first game to hit the PS4.

Naughty Dog: The “Full Reveal” of Uncharted on PS4 Will Happen in 2014

Ever since the new Uncharted game for PS4 was unveiled, there’s been a laundry list of questions about Naughty Dog’s new title. While we made our best attempt to answer most of them a ways back by dissecting the trailer in detail, Naughty Dog has confirmed that “2014 will also bring our full reveal of Uncharted for PS4.” Since they didn’t name a specific date within 2014, don’t be surprised if it stays under wraps for some time, possibly until E3.
