The cameras he's "being nice for" are the ones being used for the M&G, which are the same ones in the video. Filming isn't allowed, so I doubt there were any other "secret" cameras he was trying to put on a front for.

I met him through twitter, his body guard dmd me after twitter fans trended for me. someone from inside his hotel called me and organized a meeting for us, I got to go inside his hotel and watch him being interviewed, we had a conversation and he signed my cd AND all my friend's merch, he hugged me and took pictures with me and let me stay for a second interview.
