I'll add to this, they don't appear to have a website or anything, but they have ties with J Records (Leona's original label in America) and RCA, so it makes sense. Plus it fits with what Music Week said when she announced her split, that they were looking for American based management.

Someone on DS looked into it more and the head of Faculty Management is someone called Jared Siegel, now looking on their LinkedIn profile they seen that it states him as the Head of Digital at Azoff, Geary, Paul, Smith Management.

So if you look into that company, and Paul Geary it says this,
Quote:
Paul Geary
Senior manager at Azoff, Geary, Paul, Smith Mgmt (A division of Frontline Mgmt Group)

So perhaps Faculty Management is the new name for that previous company and Leona is after all signed to a division of Frontline Management, which is great news. And Music Week did say she was taking a meeting with Front Line, plus they are the managers of X Factor USA contestants so it makes sense.
