How the hell is Rihanna generic when she doesn't release ****** lead singles, shes a risk taker. her risks includes her back to back releases and thats risky in this day of age in the music industry, Rihanna made a masterpiece that Gaga dreams of having which is Rated R say what you want but a lot of media publication is agreeing with.

Calling Rihanna generic is stupid cause she has artistic songs as much as she has radio songs.

On topic : Beyonce is still loved by the GP and me, she is just in a stage and she will pass it, + she didn't promise for album of the decade shes just asking for some time.

Social Media dictates what's popular now. I'm not sure about Katy but Rihanna is very accessible and active on social media which in turn makes her likeable. I see GaGa on social media but for the longest time Beyoncé never used it and is a little more active now.

Rihanna's makes music anyone can like. Gaga has been doing the same thing for too long now and i think the public don't like the whole mother monster **** and don't want to be apart of it.

The only thing against Beyonce is songs like RTW because it limits her appeal.

Beyonce is way past her prime, she's reached that point where she just doesn't release quality material anymore, therefore the GP has moved on to superior artists. That's ok though, it happens to every pop star eventually.

As for Gaga, she was nothing more than a flash in the pan, along the lines of Stacie Orrico, Willa Ford etc. Her 15 minutes of fame are clearly over, so it's natural that the GP will return to superior, more established artists like Katy and Rih.

You do know "4" album has way more quality than the rest of her discography. The only thing is that Beyoncé was riskier with it. "I Am Sasha Fierce" was more generic and stuff.
