Not people expected him to open with truckloads of album sales
I swear, some people on here thrive off of seeing someone doing less than their fave. I guess it makes them feel better.
Weren't people calling him Carly Rae Jepson? Weren't they claiming that he would "flop" like she did? Now all of a sudden they expected him to do 600K and they're disappointed?
LMAO!
Going from 41K to a possible career best is so floppy!!
I've always been a fan of Robin, was on the Blurred Lines bandwagon way before everyone else picked it up, and will continue to support him even though this album isn't his best (though still good). Never thought I'd see the day that Robin Thicke would have a pack of dedicated haters and the biggest song in the world. I hope he can do at least 200,000 but as long as he ups himself which is inevitable it's a success.
He got his first #1 album, as well as probably his second best selling debut despite of the fact that this album is being released in a much tougher sales climate, and after coming from a flop era. Plus he has arguably the most succesful song of the current decade under his belt.
