It's definitely doing at least 12 weeks. We Belong Together reigned for 14 weeks based mostly on airplay. Blurred Lines not only is going to achieve that level of airplay, but he also has streaming, on-demand subscriptions, and digital sales on his side. Even after it stops selling 300K+ it's going to keep selling at a good 200K+, which with his immense airplay will still be enough to block everything else. Urban, Urban AC, Hot AC, and Rhythmic all take a long time to let go of big songs so he will probably keep maintaining his huge radio audience even after it's peaked on Mainstream Top 40.
