Because she toured there in 2011 already and sold it all out, SA does not expect two tours in two years. They are not enough people with money and it is expensive. Why pay so much for something you saw last year and is presumably similar to what you saw last year if you cannot afford it?

I'm gonna have a good laugh when the actual gross receipts come out. This kind of discounts often happen, she's doing an extensive stadium tour in SA, and her prices are huge, so a discount was bound to happen. Not to mention only a few hundred tickets out of tens of thousands are being discounted.

The most interesting and hilarious fact is that Madonna's tour attendance for the exact same shows as gaga are mostly always a LOT higher than that of gaga, yet it says "sold out" for gaga. there's a few dates where Madonna sold like 50,000 tickets, while for gaga it was around 15,000, and for both exact places it said "100% sold out".

Not sure if anyone mentioned Gaga numbers in Tallinn? 16,191 at the Songs Festival Ground compared to M's S&S at 72,067 at the same venue. SERIOUSLY? yet it says "sold out" for gagas? I know it's a festival/field ground, but come on.

it's funny how monsters talk about "lets wait for the official numbers" when they only proof just how much better M is doing, especially in terms of capacity. because their ticket prices are pretty much the same at most places. believe it or not.

and don't even pretend that monsters (remixed, cough cough) arent doing exactly the same almost every single day, trying to drag madonna. the difference and unfair thing is that when gaga fails to sell out (even when a stadium gig goes to a REALLY small theatre or arena, the media completely ignores it. but when M is 5000 tickets short of a huge stadium sell out it's everywhere on the news! it's ridiculous and says a lot about both M's relevance and the desperation they have to try to drag her, but also gaga's spinning PR team covering up everything that is slightly negative.

LOL but she's NOT.
her tour is promoting her new album. if she really were an old nastologia act she'd be doing a greatest hits tour. I also fail to see how that is a valid excuse. even the spice girls and robbie williams and all those current hip acts sold a LOT of tickets and broke a lot of records back in the day. hype sells. and a few years later almost no one cares anymore.

You answered the question yourself.. it's a festival ground and it has no maximum capacity.. even if three people showed up it would still say 3/3 - sold out
