It's measured by weekly positions, not audience impressions. RITD had more power coming from HAC and AC formats anyway

And as has been mentioned before, radio doesn't play Gaga for long periods of time.

This is accurate. If you follow the Pop charts, you would know that. Songs like "Leavin" and "Down" and "Stereo Hearts" had insane amounts of longevity, even if they felt like sleeper hits or that nobody really cared about them (more like the artist).

Anyways it's insane that Rihanna is #1 and Katy is already so high, too. The single success these two girls have had is remarkable.

Actually, I never hear Poker Face anymore. I hear Bad Romance once in a blue moon, but that's about it.
