I think these numbers are cause for a great discussion : should we have expected more of Bieber because of his much more ... vocal following than what we believed of the popgirls, who by now we don't expect much of in terms of first week sales (for example, no one seemed as disappointed with TTT's first week because it was expected of her, while these numbers were expected to be higher & are thus a bit disappointing).


Can I see responses to that? I'm interested.

Even with so call "cheating" deducted, Some people did way better then he did. Appx twice his sale.

The album flopped overall but i don't agree.

Like you said Bieber's fanbase is more loyal than Britney's AND he's at his peak. He should be selling more than 100K over what FF and 4 did.

It's kinda like what MusicTalker said about how people have different standards though. 276K is considered horrible for Britney but would be considered amazing for Rihanna.
