No, Google Adsense taps into your recent Google search history, cache, and cookies in order to display ads they feel will be relevant to you. If you see a creepy ad anywhere on the net, it's because of your Internet history.

Maybe its the sites you go on often. Certain words you type will cause it to trigger those ads. You need to get a do not follow me kind of extension and adblock too. And always clear your cookies, cache, and history. If your cookies get in the wrong hands the ads will get worse and possibly embarrassing if you let someone use your computer.
