While Baby One More Time is more memorable than GIAB and basically any of Xtina's songs,What A Girl Wants and Come On Over Baby are more memorable than Womanizer and 3,since they're from Xtina's most iconic era.Not to mention,X got them in 2000 when getting #1s was way more difficult than in 2008.Move Likes Jagger is one of the biggest hits of last year,far bigger than SnM and HIAM.And Lady Marmalade is truly iconic.X wins.
But Britney might have more memorable songs overall like Toxic and Slave which didn't hit #1.
