I think she knows. It was probably her idea to release some of earlier songs for the UK, but I think someone at YM decided to put it out on a small label since RR was just released.

Nothing to do with Cash Money - Universal Music UK are the ones who licensed Nicki's music to the sub-label releasing this. They're also doing similar compilations for Eminem and Snoop Dogg.
