It honestly wouldn't surprise me.

No-one is suppressed and pushed like a Disney girl, treated like a cash cow since she was nothing but a child. I don't know though, I feel like there would be a couple more pictures showing some evidence. Maybe it's why Miley and Demi are seen together quite a lot though.
