I read somewhere he already did about 25K in pre-orders.

Justin Bieber to Unwrap a Billboard 200 No. 1
As reported earlier this week, Justin Bieber's first holiday album, "Under the Mistletoe," is about to decorate the No. 1 slot on the Billboard 200 chart. Industry sources suggest the singer's set could sell 200,000 to 220,000 by week's end on Sunday, Nov. 6.
On SoundScan's Building chart below -- a precursor to the final Billboard 200 ranking -- reflecting the first four days (Monday through Thursday) of SoundScan's tracking week (which ends Sunday) as reported by six major merchants, Bieber is at No. 1, while rapper Wale is firmly in second place with his new "Ambition."
Those in the know are thinking that Wale may sell upwards of 160,000 to 175,000 and is a safe bet for a No. 2 arrival on the Billboard 200 next Wednesday (Nov. 9). His last album, "Attention Deficit," spent just two weeks on the list, peaking at No. 21. The new set's current single, "That Way," is in its fourth non-consecutive week at No. 4 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
Three more new releases fill out the top five of SoundScan's Building Chart at Nos. 3-5, respectively: Miranda Lambert's "Four the Record," Florence + the Machine's "Ceremonials" and Susan Boyle's "Someone to Watch Over Me."
While currently it appears that Boyle is behind both Lambert and Florence, sources are theorizing that "Someone" will debut ahead of them both, with around 145,000 sold. Lambert and Florence, on the other hand, are tracking to do maybe 130,000 and 90,000, respectively. Of course, if either of the latter two albums have a sizzling weekend at retail, they could come in ahead of Boyle next week. We'll have to wait and see.
While the Building chart boasts an entire top five made up of debuts, the likeliness of that happening is rather small. Adele's "21" will probably sell around 100,000, which should place it ahead of Florence's "Ceremonials." This past week's No. 1 debut, Coldplay's "Mylo Xyloto," should also hold in the top five -- with perhaps 130,000 to 160,000.
As for the rest of the Building chart, the previously mentioned Coldplay and Adele are found at Nos. 6 and 7, respectively, while Tyrese's new "Open Invitation" is in the No. 8 slot. Two albums that debuted this past week, Michael Buble's "Christmas" and Kelly Clarkson's "Stronger," hold down the Nos. 9 and 10 positions. See the Chart Below:
Nielsen SoundScan Building Chart
Rank LW Artist Title
1 NEW Justin Bieber "Under the Misteltoe"
2 NEW Wale "Ambition"
3 NEW Miranda Lambert "Four the Record"
4 NEW Florence + the Machine "Ceremonials"
5 NEW Susan Boyle "Someone to Watch Over Me"
6 1 Coldplay "Mylo Xyloto"
7 4 Adele "21"
8 NEW Tyrese "Open Invitation"
9 3 Michael Buble "Christmas"
10 2 Kelly Clarkson "Stronger"
The Building Chart reflects the first four days (Monday through Thursday) of SoundScan's tracking week (which ends Sunday) as reported by six major merchants: iTunes, Trans World Entertainment, Best Buy, Starbucks, Target and Anderson Merchandisers. Billboard estimates that they make up about 85% of all U.S. album sales.

Billboard tends to over-predict. HITS have better projections than them, even though they make "mistakes" at times, too.

Don't be surprised if Susan starts increasing towards Christmas, though. That's when I think she will benefit most.

Right?? They are underestimating her longevity during the holiday season.

All she needs is that much time to make an impact. Susan Boyle usually sells well during the holiday season and then falls off until the next holiday season.

I think Susan's wig has been snatched by Adele.

No she's not. If she'll continue to sell like this in the Christmas season, it's doomed. The first quarter (next year) will make it dead.

I know she'll have longevity.

Even if Susan increases, it wont be a threat to Rihanna. She'll have a big drop next week, maybe to 75k. She could still increase a lot black friday, but at most 250k.
