I agree fully with what they said about Rihanna, Britney and Jennifer.
Beyonce does tend to lose high notes at times when she sings and that's because her voice ends up maxing out. She is a much better singer when she sings from F5/E5 and lower.
Gaga is all illusion once you actually sit down and look at what she produces from a technical stand point you realize how limited she is.
Christina hell to the yes. The queen of poor vocal technique. The points about her melisma and her yelling! true words never spoken.
The only one I disagree with is Katy. I think Katy is a lot worse then what they graded her as. Every time I have heard her live she has sounded terrible. I would say she is worse than ‘icy’. She is downright monotone and her voice is very limited.
So I agree with the author.
