It has been announced that "The Lonely" and "Penguin" are just promotional singles while "Arms" is the second single from the album.

Also, there will be only one more promotional single before the release of her album

"penguin" is the second of three tracks that will be released exclusively on itunes before lovestrong. is in stores on may 10th eeeeee! less than a month away!!!
