Sorry.
But her management is a mess.
It was hard to me said it, but I wish to be disappointed of Camila for leaving , but seeing the scenario I'm glad that she is out.

It wasn't a lie. They didn't "take her out" of the trademark. She withdrew and gave up some of her rights in the group so she could pursue solo stuff. She was still in the group and didn't know when exactly she was leaving at that point. Give it up sis. ![rip](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ATRLSmilies/rip_zpsec10ede9.gif)

Here's an exact quote from it to help you out:
Now if you say you already read this but you also think that the girls were not clearly stating they knew Camila had plans to leave the group for a very long time (well before May 2016), then please go back to school, because you obviously missed some important lessons about reading comprehension while you were there the first time.
Oh, and also: Dina LaPolt was always just the lawyer for the other 4 girls. It wasn't her responsibility to make sure that Camila was part of this registration. It's been made clear throughout this whole thing that Camila has had a completely separate team and representation for a very long time now. So go ask Camila's lawyer why he/she didn't put Camila on this instead of trying and failing yet again to paint the other girls as liars. Or maybe just accept the fact that Camila wasn't a bullied victim in this scenario like you so desperately want to believe.

You literally pulled that "gave up her rights to pursue solo stuff" out of your ass and are trying to pass it up as facts. NO ONE in their right mind would continue being in a group for months while giving up their biggest source of income from it which is endorsements. They are signed to Epic as solo artists and have always had the right to release music on their own, she didn't have to give anything up to do it.

"Took her out of the trademark"... You're aware that this just didn't happen, right? Like you're quite literally making things up at this point. It's impossible that she was "taken out" of the trademark because the trademark didn't belong to the girls before this, and therefore you can't be taken out of something you were never in. Syco gave up the trademark rights to the girls. 4H's lawyer made sure the four girls were added. Camila's lawyer didn't.
Anyways, like somebody else already said: someone else can be added to a trademark if the parties agree to that. You keep acting like the other four girls ceased all attempts to convince Camila to stay in 5H after this based on an assumption that she couldn't legally stay past this point, when again, that's just flat-out untrue. If they had been able to successfully convince her to stay after May 2016, she could have been added to the trademark within minutes. So no, this is not proof that they were lying about trying to convince her or that they were starting operations as a four-piece. The great thing about laws are that they don't just magically change to suit your argument.

I didn't pull it out of my ass, it's the truth. Sorry if you don't want to believe it, but that's what happened. She gave up a lot of her rights in the group so she could do her own thing on the side, which is also why she hired her own team. Originally none of them were going to release solo material, but once she did, things changed and contracts were altered. She hired her own team on the side and was basically coasting along until she decided it was time to leave.

Except they never said they were surprised or not warned in advance. Again, they knew she wanted to leave, but didn't know when. They tried to work things through and convince her otherwise, but she didn't want to hear them through. They were formally told in mid November when her last day would be. Multiple sources, including Billboard, have confirmed this.

Why would they need to "add" her? You're proving she could've been in it in the first place and then taken out as soon as she left but instead they took full ownership of their name months in advance meaning she wasn't profitting from their deals during her last moments in the group. Which was completely uncalled for if it wasn't "official" that she was leaving. They were promoting that egg game, Sugar Hair Bear vitamins and Sugar Factory as a 4-piece, which is the most they could do without sparking assumptions that Camila was leaving but still getting them checks in, which is what they ultimately care about.

lol you don't have to believe me if you don't want to, but that's a rough telling of what happened. None of this refutes the girls' 2nd statement, which was 100% true.

I'd love to hear an explanation on how Camila was required to give up her trademark rights in Fifth Harmony to pursue solo projects?

If Camila had decided she wasn't going to stay in the group, her lawyer wouldn't make sure she was included in the trademark. We agree on that. But you've yet to explain to me how this means that the other four girls couldn't have still been trying to convince her to stay past this point. By not disputing my point about how she could have theoretically been added later, I assume you agree that that's a fact. So if 4H knew she could still be added, they could have kept trying to convince her to stay in the group even though in her mind, she wasn't willing to budge. Ironically, all you're proving is that Camila appeared to be completely unwilling to consider changing her mind, which supports the accusations of her not showing up to group therapy and discussion sessions.
Anyways, I think I'm done here. You guys can keep claiming that the girls were lying for the next 50 years if it makes you happy, but ultimately you just look silly by claiming they were lying for saying something that they didn't actually say. So like have fun, I guess.
