Camilla is SUCH a generic name, and she isn't even a household name enough to only be referred to on a first name basis.
Also, Camilla Cabello sounds much nicer than Camilla.
Of course her music and look and sound need to be on point, so a name isn't too important, but it works better for her to use her whole name.
