WHY cant they come to a consensus and all just say 3-4 feet of snow ( plus blizzard like conditions )

Right? Accuweather is showing snow and a mix and then The Weather Channel says rain. I kind of trust Accuweather more.
Just Got Issued A Winter Weather Advisory for my county 3 mintues ago
I wanted a Winter Storm Warning cuz that would mean it would be worse conditions
Right now they are saying 3-6 inches , i bet that will change by this time tomorrow, either more or less

they usually don't issue a warning until closer to the storm, so it's still possible.
Lol yeah , im pretty sure MD is going to get something, where I'm at in PA, last night they were saying 3-6 inches and i just woke up a few minutes ago and checked again and now it says 4-7
Though it started hella earlier than they thought.. the snow wasnt even suppose to start till after noon and we already have about an inch maybe even more
The county below me says 6-9 inches, NOT FAIR
Over the last 24 hours, the snow totals went from all rain, to 2-4 to 3-6 inches
And the storm is supposed to get worse in the afternoon why are colleges re-opening at noon?

Now it's REALLY coming down.....hopefully it keeps snowing because I don't feel like going to school tomorrow.
We went to school TWO days in a row with the pouring snow. Tomorrow and Friday are predicted to be canceled though. I HOPE. No midterms
