If you're going to misrepresent this argument don't bring it up. You're way out of your depth if this is the analogy you're running to.
The fact of the matter is boys and girls have different body parts, which produce different hormones, which induce different instincts and behaviors.
There's overlap because we're all human, but these differences are present for the reason that they optimize how we, as a species, assign roles and get things done efficiently to propagate. For example, men can't breastfeed and women generally have less muscle mass (women are approximately 50-60% as strong as men in the upper body, and 60-70% as strong in the lower body).
