I believe the lyrics are "must mistake me, you're a sucker", but she lips "as a sucker" instead. The speed on the car during the tunnel scene is also shown at zero.
Something similar happens in I Wanna Go during the car scene. She lips "that's been running", as opposed to "I've got running".
There's a point in the telephone video during the last dance sequence when it's zoomed in on Beyonce, the frames moves down or something and there's a black bar on the top of the video for like half a second.
