Scream and shout not only reached #3 but was more successful.
Keep in mind that the billboard rules at the time made Britney give Rihanna her 10th #1 and Britney her 5th...they were trying to do that again using Nicki and it failed to do so.
Britney proved she can give another person a #1 hit...that's all i'm saying
Stop trying to create issues because britney wants to work with a 3rd female rapper.
Just because artists work with Nicki once doesn't mean they have to go with her every time.

If Nicki can work with multiple pop girls, britney can work with multiple female rappers
