Well at least she has enough fans to sell 1 million copies in one week. No other artist except for Britney Spears and Lil Wayne can say that right now. And with it now being the holiday season, I think you're delusional to think she's going to drop 70%. Just sayin'.

Oh My God! That's pretty impressive, but there's just a weird thing, I love Taylor a lot, love her songs but she is not pure country in my ears, and that's what usually sells a lot, I remember Jessica Simpson's attempt to make a country album she flopped HARD even though it was country (fake too), it's so weird, because I don't see Jessica or Taylor that country they are away too commercial, yet Taylor KILLS on sales when some other country acts don't really work that much...

I'm finally getting to listen to the album right now. It's fantastic! "Haunted" is freaking epic!

People are REALLY underestimating her in this thread. So what if it drops 60-70% next week? A 70% drop would still put her at about 315k. It's Taylor freaking Swift singing country freaking music. Country already sells well, and you add Taylor in to the mix, and it's definitely going to be a monster seller. I predict it to sell 2.5 million by the end of the year.
