I check back on posts I'm positive should be warned, yet they weren't and I was allowed to report again, meaning, the report was cleared.

Omg, that happens all the time to me. People will write "I wish Bieber would just die and never come back" and I come back 5 minutes later and I can report another post and it still says "Already Reported".
I even reported someone who said something rude to me - the post was from over 24+ hours ago, and the post magically got deleted within minutes.
