Don't be rude to me. My comment was not an attack.

And Beyonce's songs have done poorly by Beyonce standards and her sales reflect that and the same goes for Christina. IF Avril does better with her singles ,she may sell more.

BTW, Asia is a HUGE market. Avril is very popular in China, Japan, Taiwan etc...

China has a billion people...if 1% of those people buy the album that is A LOT of sales.

Like I said before, I AGREE that this album will not outsell her others because sales are down but lets not pretend she won't pass 5 million because Beyonce can't. Avril's sales in total are actually BETTER then Beyonces. It depends on what Avril releases that will determine if she can reach or sell more then 5 million.

First: Avril sells a lot because she likes to pull an Eminem to her promotion... speakin' about Britney all the time... and with this new album she is doin' what she once hated... she's POP... more POP than Britney... she dancin' on her video for God sake... she is a sell out... she DOESN'T have personality...
Maybe next album she'll be more like a country singer... because of Carrie Underwood... or maybe like Norah Jones... who knows...

Second: Beyoncé can't reach the 5 million mark??? she'll break that mark with B'day deluxe for sure.... it's already too close... plus I doubt that Avril will have a hit like Irreplaceable... at least not with this album...
Beyoncé and Xtina standards are high... and like u said, sales are down, soooooooo... Xtina and beyoncé, even with sales down, sold veeeeery well.... Beyoncé more than Xtina... but both sold very well...

Avril will have her first 2 weeks of great sales.... and then we TBDT will be over...
well, at least until she finds something new to say about Britney or any other pop artist...

Please if tabloids sold albums then Lindsay Lohan should be the best selling artist of all time but both her albums flopped. No logic to this post.

And image changes are done all the time. Look at Madonna and BEYONCE.

I never said she wouldn't hit the 5 million mark.

Avril's UMS had one major hit(MHE) and it still sold 8 million. GF is already more popular then MHE so Avril shouldn't worry too much.

I never said they sold badly. But had the single been more successfully in key markets they could have done even better.

Tabloids made those stories up. Avril doesn't say bad things about Britney anymore. She hasn't since Let Go.

And UMS didn't sell 8 million because of tabloids. LIke I said, Lindsay Lohan should have GREAT sales then. Eminem and Avril sell well because people like the songs they release.

BTW I agree that her sales will go down but Beyonce isn't a good comparision because Avril is a better selling artist.

I say 5/6 million if everything goes great.
