the people i knew hate it both the song and the video but its okay i mean in general i know a loooot of people who like Gaga.....and she is like the new Madonna here thats how people see her....(im not saying it cause im a stan its true)

oh this is actually true!!! i hear Rihanna all the time on the radio not Gaga but still people talk about Gaga a lot!
They did play Applause though .. i actually hear a lot of Gaga on the radio.
Applause was a radio hit, but not a big one! "Roar" peaked lower than "Applause" (Roar #2 - Applause #1) on the Digital Chart but it was a bigger radio hit and had bigger longevity too. "Wrecking Ball" and several other songs overshadowed it too!
DWUW flopped too!
Clubs don't really use Gaga's ARTPOP/BTW songs too.
