I didn't care about her music but didn't hate her either throughout all of "One Of The Boys"
I didn't like California Gurls
I liked Teenage Dream
During Firework and E.T, Katy became popular with me. The Firework/ E.T combo were probably the biggest back to back songs since Fergie released Glamorous & Big Girls Don't Cry in 2007. (for me)
TGIF was alright...but stopped Katys momentum on my IPod.
I hated The One That Got Away
Part Of Me is alright and in the same boat as TGIF. I put TGIF on my IPod though and played it for a while because it came right after her 2 best songs...Part Of Me came after 2 average/ bad songs and I never added it...
Overall, I voted "Yes" because she has had 3 not too good songs in a row that do sound very similar to each other.
I know she's still tryin' to find herself
And tryin' to balance her 'sweet, naive' side with her 'dark side'.
I'm interested to see what she'll do next.
As for the promo, she's obviously doin' somethin' right with all those hit songs.
I can't even be mad at her hustle.
Ever since I cut out the radio from my life, albeit unintentionally, I find myself less annoyed of Katy than I used to be.
I'm pretty indifferent these days.
nop, but she's been lucky to stay relevant with the same album for almost 2 years now, I mean, other girls need to keep releasing an album every 10 months or so to keep their fans interested
I wish she would get rid of her candy theme image though, that was cute in 2010 but now it's just a bit too much
