No that's too obvious, the show tends to only tease traditional storylines to subvert them. Rebecca being happy is probably about her learning that her ideas of romance are damaging. She'll just realise Josh isn't the one for her in the finale and spend S3 season actually working to move on from him and not pretending to like she did this season with S4 her figuring out what actually makes her happy. She'll probably just befriend the boss since she's lacking male friendships in her life.
