Sounds so good, Im loving Runaway, Flesh and Bone, Here with me, Deadliness, Heart of a girl, and Be Still also the album cover is absolutely stunning! I'm staring at it and I love every detail of it.
A little disappointed, I thought I would hear more Hot Fuss It kind of sounds like themes from Sam's Town with Day & Age production. I liked most of what I heard though, just wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but I need to wait to hear it in full
It's their best album, i'd like them to go back to that sound... but they need to move on. Each track from battle Born sounds unique so far and i'm glad they're changing styles yet again.
Hot Fuss has "Mr. Brightside" + few other good tunes, but as whole it just isn't consistent enough. Day & Age was something different and it worked for them. It was their most cohesive record imo. I don't know, I just can't help but feel that Hot Fuss is a bit overrated by fans. I get what you mean when you say that you like the sound of it, but as album, it's far from being perfect.
