Commercial success/flopppage: Britney sold more records but they both have their share of huge hits with Christina having the ones that are more memorable AKA classics. #1's? equal. Let's not forget Britney has 756756757 albums out while Christina only has 4 (excluding the side projects). Both has also had their share of flops. Christina's movie Burlesque has grossed more world-wide than Britney's Crossroads... This coming at a time where Christina wasn't as popular as she used to be while Britney had hers when she was still very very very huge.
Controversy: Britney's got this one in the bag but who wouldn't get press for being sick and unstable? (and no I'm not making fun of her).. Christina on the other hand heated up tabloids so effortlessly (from the feud with Eminem to Dirrty to Bionic flopping to her weight gain to her National Anthem flub to her period ) .. To me Christina's the winner just because the things she went through were so natural (and she didn't have to work for it).
Endorsements: both have equally endorsed huge international brands.
Talent: Christina's got the voice.. Britney used to be the better dancer (miiiiiiiiiiiiiiles better) but after "Burlesque", it's very safe to say that if Christina wants to dance better than Britney NOWADAYS then she easily can. (both also have many awards with Christina having the ones that MATTER)
... and this is funny coming from a Britney fan because If I do remember.. When Christina was announced a judge on The Voice.. All stans of pop stars including the majority of ATRL/BreatheHeavy called X a has-been for being on a reality TV show... OH how times have passed and how your fav. has now joined the game too. At least Chritstina joined something that was introduced for the first time in the US (and it became a hit), not a flop show desperately trying to make the 2nd season work after the floppage of the 1st.. LMAO. SO again, and honestly, how is Britney always the winner?
