Well maybe your political views don't quite line up with the charity, that's too bad, but they were the ones that got this far. They have dedicated their lives to this, and created a response.

The main point I am trying to make is the statistics about money being wasted on this charity are lies.

So maybe they spend more money on film production... but it was because of that, that we are even having this conversation. This charity is trying its hardest to make a difference.

How in the hell did IC make the UN & US started to 'hunt' Kony? They've been there for quite a while now. That's one of the reason why Kony is currently hiding in Kongo. Haven't y'all read the newspapers?

And yet with all the resources America has/had, they where not able to bring him down and nobody knew about him until the IC came up with this idea that seems to be working. People actually want to do something about it.

Continue to donate and spread the word about Kony.

They're not lies, though. Only a small portion actually ends up doing anything. All it does is fund another documentary which gets people to donate again so they can make another documentary. And it just keeps going and going and going. Awareness can only do so much. They've already had 11 movies. Do you really think we need 16468498 movies to get the message that Kony is bad? OKAY. We got it. Instead of having us donate to them, why can't they have us donate to charities that actually invest their time in helping the VICTIMS. Not so they can keep this perpetual "awareness" ******** going and mindlessly create more and more documentaries. AGAIN: AWARENESS CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH.

Nobody said it would teleport the kids back home, you were the one that said Kony's death wouldn't affect anything. You're just highly underestimating his influence.

Surely they are not only using the money to make documentaries. They are actually getting the child soldiers bak to their home and paying for their school fees, feeding them etc. They are building schools and paying for them to travel across the world to tell their stories.

Spending the money on the documentaries is not bad either because it is getting the message out there. So yes, donate more money to the IC.
