Interscope was always very supportive of her and was the reason Disaster even got a release. They were on board with releasing an album but Blackground still controlled the actual release of the album and they held it back.
I think she may even go to Interscope officially when she gets out of her contract with Blackground.

She's been trying to leave Blackground. And with them losing their deal with Interscope and them being broke and filing for bankruptcy JoJo should be free soon.
Blackground needs to let her to go and then Interscope needs to actually sign her. Blackground makes her miserable and she's too talented to be with them.
