First of all, not all nudity is the same. There's a difference between doing a nude photoshoot for some sort of an 'artistic purpose' I guess once in a while and constantly performing naked, constantly being naked in your music videos and constantly being naked on tour.
I do understand that what she said can be seen as a little bit hypocritical, but I'm sure that she didn't mean it in a way that a lot of people are making it out to be.

One can do a lot of things out of vanity and it still doesn't necessarily have to be considered a mental disorder.
